Mismagius GL isn't a very good card as it is mainly used for its Lv.X, that being said it does have some plus sides. Psychic Removal can be a very annoying attack if you manage to flip 2 heads, all for 1 Energy and 10 damage included. Grudge on the other hand can be an amazing move late game. This has the potential to do 20 through to 70 damage, depending on how many prizes your opponent has taken. It has a fair 80HP for an SP Pokemon and it doesn't have to endure the trouble that other Psychic Pokemon has to, it has got a x2 Weakness to Darkness Pokemon and a -20 Resistance to Colourless Pokemon, making this as a prime candidate to be a counter Flygon, Blissey, Snorlax and even Fan Rotom which have all started to see a lot of play lately. It also has a comfortable Retreat Cost of just 1.
Not the best card in the world, but can be very useful.
