This is a nice little tech in SP decks and decks that use Porygon2 instead of Claydol. As you would expect it has 80HP and is a water type, x2 weakness to lightning and 1 retreat cost, so that is all good. It is all about the attack Incite with this card, it give you the chance the use those Supporters in your discard all over again.
