Hey guys, sorry for not updating in a while (The site has had lots of updates done), though today's CotD is a card that SHOULD be released in the upcoming set, Supreme Victors. Below is the translation of the card:
Mankey LV.19 - Fighting - HP50 Basic Pokemon
[F] Jolt Punch: 10 damage. If the Defending Pokemon is a Pokemon LV.X, this attack does an additional 50 damage.

well lets review
50hp for a basic is not the best , and not the best starting pokemon to open up with. weakness to psychic being only +10 aint to bad imo.
now the attack
1 fighting energy lets you deal alot of damage to an opponents level x , (doing 60 damage) which can possible help leading to knock out/cause the knock out due. , or 1hitko any electric level x's majority of the time.
1 retreat cost is ok though
overall though 6/10 because it relies to much on opponent imo.

Yeh, like you said Electric LV X's fail against this Especially with Luxray GL LV X being popular, you can potentialy KO it with a 50 HP basic for 1 energy

its like taking a cheap shot at a level x pokemon , possibly more a of tech card for decks that use fighting , rainbow or multi energy.
