Pair this with Luxray GL Lv X and you can briht look out an opponents Claydol then KO it with Jet Shoot, or use the basic Blaze to burn something on the bench then KO it next turn with the help of the Burning Spirit Pokebody to make Jet Shoot 120 BP.
110 HP and 1 retreat cost make it a strong SP lv X, and one that can easily set up on your second turn to dish out a lot of damage.
You can also use it with the GE Blaze to Burn the active then KO it with Jet Shoot, instantly KOing Flygon and other 120 HP basics (130 and 140 if the burn flip favours you.)
This will no doubt be a big contender for BDIF.
