Hello dawgs, my first CotD here, nice to meet all you people etc.
Relicanth SV is a great tech for most decks, as it can easily do 60-90 damage to any pokemon on the board. With things like Unown G, stadiums, Energy Gain etc. This card can mess up SP decks by punishing them for playing their Energy Gain and stadiums. Relicanth also get's past Unown G so it can OHKO many widely seen pokemon such as Uxie and Claydol if there are 3 tools/stadiums on the board and OHKO many fighting weak pokemon such as Luxray GL and Electrivire FB lv x's, as long as your opponent has 2 stadiums/tools in play.
It's second attack isn't worth mentioning really, as there are better things to use that energy on.
It's retreat cost and HP are decent allowing it to snipe for a few KO's before it gets knocked out but it's otherwise useless against decks that don't have a heavy stadium/pokemon tool lineup.

) is a fantastic tech in almost any deck. It can really put you opponent off playing Tool's and punish them if they do. This seems to be a more popular tech in Gengar decks than any other atm though.
