hmm , could have high potentiall sniping the bench.
though 3 energy or even 2 energy and energy gain make this attack look like u need to invest in for a turn or two perhaps more depending on your set up.

having +40 hp is nothing to sneeze at , however it requires ure opponent to have taken 3 prize cards which is a bit off putting.

80 hp otherwise for an sp seems basic and standard similiar to skuntank g and crobat g

weakness to dark is alright since not many dark pokemon are played except weavile + flygon varient

2 retreat cost seems very daughting but poke'turn and moonlight stadium take away this factor

overall:

good for sniping bench'd uxies , azleaf , mesprit and anything prone to psychic weakness especially with lucario gl in play to take cheap prize cards

i'll look at bad and good sides if you send it out first its worst than near the end baceause if you use pump up the opponents needs to work harder to take it out so you can attack when they are trying to defeat drifblim.
