It is a Stage 1 Pokemon with 110HP, which is quite high. It is a fighting Pokemon as you would expect. When you first see the card you immediatly notice its Poke-Body, Sand Cover. This allows you to put 1 damage counter on each for your opponents Lv.X Pokemon in between turns, this doesn't actually seem as good on a second look. Your opponent may not run any Lv.X's, they may run 1 and Nidoqueen RR. Your biggest problem with the Poke-Body would be Dialga G Lv.X, which would instantly make Sand Cover unuseable. The Save Sand attack however can be very devastating if played correctly, the idea if you base your deck around this is to use a 1-1 Blissey MT line as they have in effect got the same attack, just that Hippowdon specifies fighting energy. This is the main attack that you would use for this card. Groundquake gives a damage output of 80 plus 10 to any unevolved Pokemon, inluding yours. The attack gets worse when you consider its Energy requirements. The only way this would be used is late game if you are using the RegiStark (Regirock & Stark Mountain) engine.
Overall not an impressive card compared to first glance, fair enough it has good HP and a decent attack, but it has too many counters out there, there are better versions of the card.
