Basicly, you have a Jynx and Altaria. Jynx knows mean look and Altaria knows perish song. Jynx uses mean look then Altaria uses perish song which locks the opponents pokemon to death.

cool then you can attack them till they faint or give them a status llike paralyzed or poisoned or sleep or confusion
