What Lv.X Pokemon Card Would You Like Created & Why?

What would be your perfect Lv.X card?

Would it be your favourite Pokemon or would it be a Pokemon in your deck to give it a boost?

I would love Manetric Lv.X, simply because there is so much potential it could have, it would literally smash the format as it stands.

The ideal card would be

Manetric Lv.X - Lightning - HP110
Level Up

Poke Power: Flash Thunder
Once during your turn, (before your attack)
you may use this power. You may discard a
card from your hand. If you do, place 1 damage
counter on each of your opponent's Pokemon.

[L][C][C] Repeat Lightning 50+
This attack does 50 plus 10 more damage for each
damage counter on each of your opponent's Benched
Pokemon.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Metal (-20)
Retreat: 0

The Power is similar to Gallade 4 Lv.X, which is one of the
best Poke-Powers around at the moment, it just takes a twist
being able to be used every turn but you have to discard a card.
The attack is Raichu GL's, just with a little extra humph. Manetric
Lv.X will be able to do a potential 100 damage a turn and against
Kingdra, would do OHKO's due to weakness.

My ideal Level X card would be:

Arceus [Psychic type] Lv X - 150 HP - Psychic - Weakness Psychic x2 - Resistance:none - retreat cost ***

poke power - connected win - While this card is your active Pokemon, if Arceus level x (Grass type + Fire type + Water type + Lightening type + Fighting type) is on your bench. you win this game. ( This power can not be use if Arceus is affected by a special condition.)

destiny Bond PPP - Flip 3 coins if one is heads do 50 damage to any Pokemon. If you flipped two heads Knock out your opponents Active Pokemon. If you flipped 3 heads knock out any Pokemon (yours or your opponents) If you flipped 3 tails knock out your Active Arceus and your opponent takes 2 prizes.

Note: [Psychic type] is part of its name. (like dark Taranitar or Rockets Mewtwo).

I have a few things to say about your card carl.

1. Arceus has a rule where you can have as many as you wish in your deck, meaning that Arceus Psychic Type is not needed.

2. I would like to introduce you to Power Spray.

3. It seems like Arceus is a Yu-Gi-Oh players dream

4. This would be too broken to even print.

5. It is quite a funky idea though :p

prevent all status conditions and effects of attacks done to mew including any damage over 60 (damage that does 60 still deals the damage)

(C)future protection
Prevent all effects of attacks including damage done to mew on your opponents 2nd turn after playing this attack
(P)(P) Legendary power 40+
for each of your opponetns non stage 2 pokemon in play this attack does 30 more damage.
Mew cannot use Legendary power during your next turn
