[30/07/2009] Member Card for Catching Darkrai Available on Wi-Fi this August (North America)

Pokemon.com has announced that the Member Card will be downloadable on Wi-Fi via Mystery Gift from August 3rd through September 13th in North America. The item allows you to encounter a Level 50 Darkrai on Newmoon Island and can only be downloaded to Pokemon Platinum for this promotion.

To unlock the Darkrai event, you simply need to have the Member Card in your Bag and go to the previously locked inn next to the boat in Canalave City's harbor. Once you sleep in the inn's bed, you will be transported to Newmoon Island where you can encounter the Pitch-Black Pokemon.



It should be available in the United Kingom & Europe very soon, or you could trade with someone from the US to obtain the Member Card.

When you catch Darkrai i recomend you keep the move Dark void and Nightmare.
