The first ever battle footage from Heart Gold/Soul Silver has been released! It shows a battle between a group of LV 5 Pokemon probably easy to obtain in the game. I can't tell much of a difference regarding Battle Screen compared to Diamond/Pearl, though the background does change colour unlike the old games. Below is the footage from Japan!
